Absolutley correct--now who are our best 11 for Thursday?
with a midfield of Clasie--Sven and Kees we shine
forward Jensen and Troy and ????--Daal if not injured
back Goes-Penetra-Dykstra and Cassius

as good as we've been all year and just the right time
He needs to play and play some more---maybe a loan transfer to another Ered, club or Jong AZ.
If he is this highly regarded we need to see him show us
Obviously there is potential but our midfiled this year is stellar--next year we start again and Kwakman is probably in the mix--is Buurmiester still part of the future?

Huiberts has kept us competitive for all his time here--sure he makes mistakes but overall he has brought many excellent players who then move tothe next level and he has to start again.
I think the issue with this year and the inconcistent play has been 1-the many injuries 2- the youth age of almost everyone and 3-thinking Patati was good enough--he alone cost us lots of points
Osuro cost points but so did missing PKs early in the year.
Next year will be tough because without Troy, Sven and Kees ...
The big problem is we are not consistent--if we could play like we did yestrday we would win every Eredivisie game left--but we aren't
Still--we have a shot at the Dutch cup--continue in conference league and an outside chance at 3rd place----not bad for a very inconsstent team--we have talent but we also have a lot of kids--some of the kids are coming around---Jensen, Dykstra, even Daal---so there is hope
Yesterday--we were in the game but they had the better chances and if Kassius had been a lit...
We must start our 11 best players today and we win easily--3-0 or 3-1
--last game was just stupid naive coaching--fire this clown at the end of the year please

This is as good as we can hope for---NEC played very well for most of the game and got lucky a couple of times--they are not as tough as PSV--we can beat NEC
We wil beat Telstar and if we play our very best 11 can win the Dutch cup as well--we have the talent--just use the best we have and no more lets try these guys and see how it works out
--then all of a sudden this lousy year and all the blown games will be forgotten and all will be good until August-we wont need 3rd place
We need 3rd place badly--the money difference is too much for Champions league
how we get it is still a problem unless we can clean up the injuries
But--even if we get 3rd--our squad will be a lot weaker next year at the star without Parrott, Mijnans, Smit, ---these guys are not easy to replace--but they will bring in lots of $$$$
only Meerdink for Troy makes sense

It's pretty simple to me---when we get our midfield back from injury--we win
when we have to start and play 4 or 5 subs--we just hold on and ususally lose
Jensen is now a starter for me and I believe Chavez is as well. Oufkir looked good on the right side
Absolutely agree==Noah just plugged up the middle -our wingers had to get the play ouside to open the middle up---but they just did not
Daal was always taking it into the middle--lets try Sadiq next time

We git out coached and that had to be the worst game we have played this year
First goal will dictate wherever its an open game or just tight and dull--we get it they have to come--they get it and its 10 guys back all game

beating PSV even with a full squad is a stretch--they beat us 5-1 in the AFAS so I'm not optimistic
We need Smit--Sin got a lot of confidence from scoring and probably is getting better but Ajax willb
--we have Parrott and Hornkamp so how Meerdink helps is a mystery

Question--if we get to the Beker Cup fial but lose to PSV--will we still get Europa league next year because PSV will be in the Champions league?

Osuro saved us---they could have had 5 against us today--well Penetra stopped 1 as well
I agree our midfield is too weak to compete aganst anyone-all our starteds are sidelined and until that gets fixed we will need Osuro to continue his magic
-Sadiq and Jensen are good--I prefer Chavez but Maikuma is fine
No Smit or Mijnans makes things very tough. Kwakman would have been good.
So this is how I would do it-
1--Daal and Jensen with Parrott --please please lease no Patati
2-Goes. Pentra and Dekker
3-Chavez DeWitt and Peers--Peers is the atacking midfielder--Mijnans old spot-
-and someone cool off Chavez before the game--he's great but too dirty--he's a possible red card
folks we are thin on talent with 4 of our best players out--this is not easy but it has to get done

We have aJapanese player coming as well as Dekker so he should just accept a starting job with another Eredivisie club--because unless both Penetra and Goes leave he isn't going to start for us even next year
Patati stinks and hurts us--can er play him with the juniors?--there he may learn
this is not a social club--performance is what counts--not some sort of emotional feelings
I'm thinking because we paid so much for him they cannot accept a mistake--yet it costs us points--Daal-Oukfir--Jensen and even Sadiq --are better

they were not ready and watched PEC dominate for the first 20 minutes--that's his job--this happened too often
He started Patati every game--the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result---that's on him
Losing the last 2 away games that should have been easy peasy probably was the final killer
we miss too many chances every game--that's why we stink
We have missed 4 PKs so far this year--how many points is that giveen away
Today--Mees--Mijnans and Koop all had gloriuos gift chances and blew them
By the way I thought Chavez was excellent today--as usuual Patati and Koop need to be on the bench---they don't help at all
In a perfect world---he should be playing at least 45 minutes a game for us-split it with Peer-if he starts every game for Volendam we will get him back more ready but I think he's ready now
I watched and listened to the game on a British feed. The announcer was extrremely open about
1- Patati is not good enough and would dump on his play on replays and explain why--he cannot service either Parot or Mijnans and doesn't control the ball well enough
2-Other than Mijnans the midfield is not active enought--he mentioned Smit as a budding star but said he hadn't seen much today
3- Overall no urgency
